Shipping, Returns & Cancellations

All orders are offered with free standard shipping.

◄ Preparation for delivery (quality control, packaging, paperwork, etc.) usually takes 1-5 business days and this DOES NOT include the total "shipping time".

◄ The delivery time is 10 to 15 working days, the final delivery time is down to the US Post Office.

◄ All packages have specific tracking information.

◄ You will be notified with an email once your order has been sent. The email will include a tracking number for your package. The status of your order can be reviewed by logging into My Account. Click on "My Order" to check the status of your order and/or obtain the tracking number.

 You can choose your preferred shipping method on the Order Information page during your check out.

◄ Shipment times can be affected by variables such as transit at customs or holidays. If you have not received your package during the aforementioned time estimate, please contact us so we can help you.

◄ Shipping times will be affected during holidays; suppliers and mail limit their operations during these dates. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control. Normal service will be restored immediately when the holidays are over, usually between February 7 and 28 for Chinese New Year. 

◄ It may take a few days for the tracking number to be available in the mail system. If the information has not appeared on the post company's page, please try again later.

◄ Due to more exhaustive customs procedures, standard shipping tends to extend from 15-30 days in Brazil and 10-15 days for other destinations in Latin America.

 WHAT IS PROCESSING TIME?

The Processing Time of the item is the time it takes to send an order until the physical clearance of your order. After receiving your order, we perform rigorous quality control to determine the quality of the item prior to shipment. This may involve examination in detail: quality of the material, zippers, seams, ornaments and motifs, lining, etc.

The total processing time varies according to the complexity, design and size of the specific item or product. Larger orders tend to take more time. The processing average is approximately 4 business days; however, please take into consideration that this time can be affected by the individual inventory level of the items, the period of the year, holidays, etc. If your order includes popular items that are in the process of being replenished, your order may take 5-10 business days to be processed and shipped. We apologize for any inconvenience this delay may cause. Thank you for your patience.

TAXES

All shipments from China are Unpaid Delivery Service. Then, any and all charges for customs and imports are made once the package arrives in the country of destination. These expenses must be paid by the customer. Customers are responsible for the cost of return, customs charges, and handling fees, even if they refuse to accept the package for taxes or customs charges. Please check your local customs regulations.

CANCELLATIONS

If the order has not been assigned to transport, a cancellation can be made with a charge of 20% for penalization. Changes in the shipping address or addition of products to the order can be made only if the product has not been sent.

Do not send returns to the address on the received package. Please send your return to the address that will be provided by our customer service. A refund or exchange will only be valid when it is accepted by our customer service center.

We remind you that you must pay for the return shipment from the country of destination.

You can return the items within 30 days after delivery. We have a friendly customer service team that is here to serve you. All you need to do is contact us and describe the problem or the reason for the return along with your order number.

Items should not be used outside, nor should they be washed and they should come back with their label.

We are responsible for the following defects returned within 30 days: stains, zipper malfunction, torn fabric, poor quality material, obvious color difference, a big difference between the product photographed and the product received.

If you have chosen the wrong size/color or do not like the item (the item is not defective), we do not allow a return. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred on returned/exchanged merchandise.

We do not accept a change, refund or amendment on promotional items or discounted items.
